As we recover from Hurricane Irma, we give thanks that our faith is with us in the midst of all the storms of life. There is no wind, no rushing water, no natural disaster that we as a community cannot overcome and become stronger. Please reach out and let us know how you are, let us double-check for the dates you have on your calendar with us, update us if you are interested in others, most of all we want to know about you! We have reached out to the communities and so far, beginning most events in the middle of October will be okay. All September events were cancelled.
Grab your cold drink, your calendar and a pencil and start by clicking on Upcoming Events You can view by month, list or day and print if you would like. ALL VENDORS must have a one time application with photos. Once you choose a date(s) to confirm we will process this request. You can request by filling out the form per event or send an email with a list of dates and event names. You will always get a confirmation email. Invoices are sent up to 30 days prior to an event.

No automatic invoice for 5 events. Events do not need to be consecutive. Only $35 & up fees are eligible. Discounts are not adjustable in future. All invoices are single events at posted fee rate. Payment due dates are firm to qualify for the discount.
